Mike Nichols

Superintendent

Mike Nichols was born in Yokohama Japan as a United States Army child. His family moved to Oregon City, Oregon where Mike was raised and attended school, eventually graduating from Oregon City High School. Mike served his county for 6 years in the National Guard before beginning his residential construction career. Mike moved to Arizona in 1984 to pursue his passion of building custom homes.

Mike began framing and building homes as a teenager, it has been his life’s career now for over forty years. Given Mike’s experience, he is an expert in the field of framing reading structural blueprints. Mike works with many contractors and subtrades. He listens to their ideas and then problem solves to get the job done. His attention to detail and knowledge are impeccable. Mike has the ability to troubleshoot issues in the field given he is well versed in a variety of aspects surrounding construction.

In Mike’s free time he enjoys riding his Harley, boating and spending quality time with his wife, Cheri, family and friends.
