Matthew Segerstrom, has over 20 years of experience in construction, real estate investment, business development and finance. Matthew is an Entrepreneur who loves the challenge of business. He attributes his work ethic and never quit attitude to growing up and working on a dairy farm in Western Wisconsin for the first 19 years of his life. His core values were instilled upon him at a young age by his parents; Honesty, Integrity, & Respect.

He and his wife Kelly have acquired, remodeled or built, and sold over 50 residential homes in the Phoenix metro market since 2008. Matthew’s extensive knowledge in renovation & home building, coupled with a strong background in real estate and finance enables superior guidance through all phases of the home building process.

Matthew has an innate ability to establish quality relationships with industry professionals that play a vital role in project success. Matthew has a firm belief in earning respect by first demonstrating respect with anyone he meets.  He is an excellent listener, always working to meet or exceed his clients building goals and expectations. His number one goal is client satisfaction created by the efforts of a winning team.
